    + Skilled Laborer – Pay 18-27 $/hr depending on experience.

    + As a Laborer, you will contribute to our team by:

    + Does work without detailed supervision, working from instructions by a Lead Man or Foreman

    + Structural Steel demo/installation

    + Knowledge in reading and understanding drawings with little help

    + General knowledge of the use of power tools

    + Ability to read measuring tape

    + Daily work planning skills

    + What you will bring to this role:

    + 2 years plus experience in bridge and marine construction

    + Ability to understand and read plans.

    + Work in close contact with other peoples, employees, or subcontractors.

    + Good communication and teamwork skills.

    + Must be safety minded

    + Knowledge of OSHA requirements related to marine work, cranes, and rigging.

    + Successful candidates must pass a drug screen and physical before beginning work.
