As a **Assembly & Test Tech Level 1** here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in assembling and testing our innovative products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment.
You will report directly to our **Team Lead** and you’ll work out of our **Northford, CT** location on a **On-site** work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of Honeywell's offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assemble and test components and systems according to specifications and procedures.
+ Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with product standards.
+ Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the assembly and testing process.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly or testing roles.
+ Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality control measures.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and basic testing equipment.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
+ Experience with electronic components and systems is a plus.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
+ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

The annual base salary range for this position is $19.83. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
