    The Senior Director of Customer Marketing is a strategic leadership role at Honeywell, responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing strategies. As the Senior Director of Customer Marketing, you will lead a team in developing and executing customer-centric marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and customer data will enable you to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in setting the strategic direction for customer marketing, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence. As a senior leader, you will have a significant impact on driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and achieving business goals.

     

    You will report directly to our Global GM and you’ll work out of our Atlanta location on a Hybrid work schedule.

By leveraging your extensive experience and strategic leadership in customer marketing, you will drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify customer insights, and lead cross-functional teams will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and position the company as a market leader in the industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and execute customer centric marketing strategies and initiatives

    + Create targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and generate revenue

    + Manage customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and satisfaction

    + Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

    + Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in customer marketing or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

    + Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving customer engagement and loyalty through effective marketing strategies.

    + Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve results.
