    _Sr. IT Manager for Intelligrated Headquarters, LLC in Mason, OH_

    _Responsibilities:_

    + Lead IT strategy and assure effective IT delivery for a Line of Business, region or function within Honeywell.

    + Act as the primary interface to business leaders to define requirements and drive execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled through existing and emerging information technology.

    + Act as a key member of the business leadership team, by engaging in all aspects of running the business, with a specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives.

    + Develop business' IT strategy, recommend IT solution roadmaps and set local IT priorities.

    + Drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and cyber safety, as well as manage expenses to IT Annual Operating Plan.

    + Run MOS for solution delivery, provide IT updates to business, educate business on technology, and manage IT professionals.

    _YOU MUST HAVE:_

    + Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining and modernizing ERP applications such as Oracle/SAP with experience in key modules like Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing (BOM, WIP etc.) Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, Warehouse Management/Mobile Supply chain.

    + Must have 5 years experience with the following: managing and system integrations; interfacing with business process owners and supporting and interacting with team members at all levels of the organization; and experience directing and prioritizing onshore/offshore resources for functional and technical support.

    + Must have 2 years experience in leading IT strategy, developing road maps.

    + Must have 1 year of experience with knowledge of Gen AI, Python programming skills and RAG architecture are required to build modern applications leveraging ERP data. Certifications required: CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) and CSM (Certified ScrumMaster).

    + Up to 15% of travel to domestic and international engagements.

    + Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.

    + Location: Mason, OH

    + 40 hours/week
