• Sr Supply Chain Manager

    DESCRIPTION

    This position is **\#Hybrid,** working in the Rogers, AR office **3 days a week** .

     

    You will serve as a senior-level Replenishment Insights professional responsible for implementing advanced **supply chain** and **logistics strategies** . Supporting key departments for **Walmart** .

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Develop tools to support customer requirements like **OTIF** and **SQEP** .

    + Use systems like Walmart’s **Scintilla** (formerly Luminate) to analyze supplier and replenishment performance.

    + Collaborate with clients to **improve supply chain efficiency** and compliance.

    + Identify inventory **risks** and implement **solutions** to prevent lost sales.

    + Support client presentations and strategy sessions with **Walmart** .

    + Analyze inventory and forecasts to meet in-stock and delivery goals.

    + **Align** sales forecasts across stakeholders and communicate performance metrics.

    + Provide updates on inventory challenges, opportunities, and forecast changes.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education:

    Bachelor’s required

    + Bachelor of Arts Degree

    Work Experience:

    + 6+years of supply chain experience

    + 3+ years of previous **supervisory** or management experience preferred

    + Experience / proficient in Microsoft Office – Specifically Excel and PowerPoint

    Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

    + Experience in **data analysis** and working with customer systems and technologies.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management.

    + Strong working knowledge of **Walmart** systems, including Retail Link and GRS.

    + Understanding of **Walmart’s supply chain operations** .

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
