As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in **daily operations** , support and **motivate our front-line team** , and help shape an atmosphere that’s electric, inclusive, and unforgettable.
Qualifications & Experience
•** **What You’ll Do:
+ 💬 **Lead the Crew:** Delegate and monitor daily tasks for front-line team members to keep things running smoothly.
+ 🧡 **Inspire & Motivate:** Foster a guest-obsessed culture where world-class service is the standard.
+ 🛡️ **Keep It Safe:** Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed.
+ 🌀 **Manage the Flow:** Oversee guest queues and crowd control during peak times for a smooth, fun experience.
+ 🧠 **Problem-Solve on the Spot:** Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns.
+ 📚 **Train & Develop:** Lead Host training sessions, keep documentation updated, and coach team members to shine.
+ ⭐ **Lead by Example:** Jump into host positions as needed and support the department in special projects, audits, and engagement initiatives.
•** **What We’re Looking For:
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ At least 6 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles.
+ A **fun, outgoing personality** that thrives in fast-paced environments.
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
+ Comfort with basic tech tools and standard office software.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with a smile 😄.

•** **Other Details:
+ **Licenses/Certifications:** May be required depending on specific duties.
+ **Schedule:** Flexibility is key! Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays.
+ **Physical Requirements:** Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
