Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related work experience, or
+ Associate's Degree and 7 years of related work experience, or
+ High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of related work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, or Business Management and 5 years of related work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
+ Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and other communication tools, required. Required
+ Proven ability to develop stakeholder engagement plans, communications plans, and training programs, required. Required
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into simple, actionable messaging, required. Required
+ Ability to work independently with limited oversight, required. Required
+ Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders, required. Required
+ 3-5 years of professional experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or large-scale technology implementations, required. Preferred
+ Familiarity with Oracle HCM cloud platforms is preferred. Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
+ Driver's License Required
+ Other: Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP Preferred
Physical Demands
+ Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
+ Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
+ Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday
+ Ability to read small print and symbols
Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
