We are the leading artificial intelligence computing company and are paving the way with innovations in self-driving vehicles. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in guiding our self-driving simulation software to accelerate autonomous vehicle software development. We are looking for a creative and expert Technical Program Manager to help us bring NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle platform out to the world. You will work on ground-breaking simulation, revolutionizing the world of self-driving cars, combining enterprise-grade simulation with entertainment-quality graphics.
What you will be doing:
+ Drive new products and features through development, acting as a bridge/facilitator between Product manager, Engineers and QA leads.
+ Coordinate with QA and Performance Testing teams to ensure appropriate testing and develop and maintain processes to effectively track issue status and product health
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and develop roadmaps, schedules, and execution plans as part of the development work, in a highly dynamic environment
+ Establish effective program execution models and processes that bring visibility, cohesion, and efficiencies to the development teams
+ Proactively pinpoint risks and resolve issues that affect scope, schedule and quality
+ Identify and resolve multi-functional dependencies proactively
+ Communicate regularly to set shared expectations and to provide timely updates on progress, risks, and decisions
What we need to see:
+ BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 5+ years of recent Technical Program Management experience driving the planning and delivery of software engineering programs, and releasing commercial products
+ Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering effective and efficient programs and projects, and process improvements in a dynamic setting
+ Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodology
Ways to Stand Out From The Crowd:
+ Previous experience & lived a life as a software developer that understands the pressure engineers are under, allowing you to effectively lead projects as well as process
+ Background in simulation, real-time systems, or 3D content tooling
+ Experience in efficiently leading global projects across time zones
+ Experience with Jira and/or JAMA
+ PMP, Scrum Master certification

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD for Level 3, and 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4.
