Overview:
The Media Manager will manage all phases of the media planning process with a strong focus on Paid Social Media strategies, Programmatic execution, and Site Direct initiatives. Reporting to the Media Director, the Media Manager will lead partnerships with all major Social Media platforms including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, as well as emerging platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital media, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
The Media Manager must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on brand desirability. Responsibilities:
+ Manage all phases of the media planning process across Paid Social, Programmatic & Site Direct including CRM audience strategies.
+ Manage Paid Social strategy, campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance analysis across all platforms.
+ Partner with agency and internal teams to optimize social media efforts and drive engagement. Manage boosting strategy and provide input/feedback.
+ Oversee programmatic audience-based strategy and execution, driving data-driven insights and optimization opportunities.
+ Have a strong grasp of the media landscape and be able to recommend sound strategies.
+ Implement “test & learn” programs for digital channels including testing roadmap, test set-up, and results interpretation.
+ Collaborate with analytics on monthly goals and performance for full funnel metrics.
+ Generate and maintain data-driven insights and optimization opportunities that lead to significant revenue growth & cost savings for the business.
+ Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure timely and accurate depiction of media activity.
+ Responsible for consolidating all data sets into various reports and trackers.
+ Manage and adopt Global Media Guidelines to best reflect changing media landscape.
+ Forge and foster agency network and external partner relationships to drive Tiffany business forward.
+ Stay current with industry trends, manage partner relationships, and evolve Tiffany's tech stack.
Qualifications:
+ Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6-8 years of media, marketing, or agency experience.
+ Candidates should have experience with or expertise in luxury and the poise and manner to represent Tiffany & Co. both internally and externally.
+ Experience in Social, Programmatic, and Digital required.
+ Experience working within Social platform ads manager.
+ Experience in Programmatic, Social, and Digital required.
+ Strong understanding of all media channels with the ability to seamlessly work with cross-functional teams and agency stakeholders.
+ The candidate will also be highly organized, detail-oriented, service-oriented, collaborative, flexible, works under pressure, adapts easily to change, problem-solving ability, creative thinking, have a commitment to innovation, and an appreciation of style and design. Technical Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required (Excel and PowerPoint specifically).
+ Ability to seamlessly work with cross-functional teams and agency stakeholders.
+ Passion for innovation & creative technology; desire to lead a brand through digital transformation to drive brand desirability.
The hourly rate for this position is between $70.00 and $79.00 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
