    Pay Rate: $26.90 Hourly

     

    Weekly Earned Wage Access Is Available For This Position.

     

    **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Responsible for supporting and ensuring operations run smoothly in a dual capacity through positive interactions with guests, resolution of disputes, and management of floor operations on an ongoing basis. Proficiently deal table games in accordance with rules and regulations.

    Primary Tasks (Floor Supervisor):

    1. **Adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements**

    2. **Observe and document the performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to casino policies and procedures.**

    3. **Supervise and maintain the overall integrity of Table Games activity.**

    4. **Approve and oversee count table inventory at the beginning and end of shifts.**

    5. **Facilitate fills or credits of gaming cheques for tables within an assigned section or shift.**

    6. **Address minor guest complaints.**

    7. **Directly supervises the dealers.**

    8. **Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; gives input on performance appraisal; rewarding and disciplining associates per approved casino policies; addressing complaints and resolving problems.** **Primary Tasks (Dealers):**

    9. Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.

    10. Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts, etc.

    11. Clean work area as designated by management

    12. Verify identification of customers when needed.

    13. Sign and date all paperwork as required.

    14. Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills.

    15. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

    Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

    MINIMUM

    + **Maintains a good working knowledge and understanding of Table Games.**

    + Must be knowledgeable in the games they supervise and know the requirements of the positions (dealers).

    + Excellent oral or written (legible) communication techniques.

    + Prior supervisory experience required.
