What You’ll Do:

+ Prepare meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes in a safe, sanitary manner

+ Review menus and diet orders to determine types and quantities of food needed

+ Prepare trays for residents with special dietary needs as directed by Health Services

+ Assist the Dining Services Director in supervising dining staff to ensure quality service

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Qualifications
