**Fairview Health Services** is seeking a **Family Nurse Practitioner** to join our primary care practice at **M Health Fairview Urgent Care Clinics.** Join our growing practice seeing patients at our eleven urgent care locations in the Minneapolis-St Paul area and surrounding suburbs.

Practice Details:

+ **Join our team of 45+ urgent care providers.**

+ Our **Maplewood** location is our primary need at this time, with the potential to float to additional sites.

+ Patient encounters average **20-30 patients per day in a 10 hour shift.**

+ **Flexible FTE from .6 to 1.0** - Flexible schedule, _weekend coverage is most needed._ **For a 0.8 FTE, total annual required weekend hours would equal 416 (with 811 total weekday hours). Annual requirement of 1227 hours total.**

+ No Call required.

+ As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a **multidisciplinary team approach** in managing clinical care.

+ **Fully integrated** Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

+ Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited formal Family Nurse Practitioner training program.

+ BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.

+ Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.

+ Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

+ Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required)

*Additional Qualifications*

+ **At least 2 years of previous Urgent Care, Primary Care, ER, or Hospitalist experience as a Nurse Practitioner.**

Compensation Disclaimer

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
