BAE Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to support our Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Futures Division, specifically within the Test Capabilities Branch. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of strategic deterrence by supporting test capabilities integration supporting the Sentinel ICBM and for next-generation technologies and capabilities within the ICBM Systems Directorate.
This Program Manager will be an integral part of a highly skilled team providing programmatic support for the LGM-35A Sentinel and future ICBM development efforts. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of flight and ground test capability programs.

The Role
BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager accountable for all assigned tasks to the Test Capabilities branch lead. You will join a focused and dedicated team charged with supporting the acquisition and development of test capabilities for the Futures Division. This position will provide acquisition program management and integration oversight, specifically in the areas of:
+ **Requirements Management:** Supporting the development and management of program requirements, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
+ **Risk Management:** Identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks to ensure successful execution.
+ **Schedule Management:** Developing and maintaining integrated program schedules, tracking progress, and identifying potential delays.
+ **Financial Management:** Supporting the development and management of program budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost control.
This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interface with government stakeholders, engineering teams, and other program partners.
Who You Are
An experienced program manager with a strong interest in aerospace systems, test environments, and a proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ 10 years' experience in direct Program Management (7 years' exp with master's degree/4 years with PHD)
+ DOD acquisitions experience
+ Experience working in a collaborative, multi-discipline engineering team environment, able to define strategic goals, plan operations and implement tactical customer guidance with minimal day-to-day guidance
+ Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Active Secret (or higher) security clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $133333 - $226667
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
