    Salary: $30-35/Visit

     

    Maxim Healthcare in Reno NV is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for a part time, weekend position which includes visit - style care for group homes in North Reno/Sparks area. Each visit consists of of a g-tube feeding, full head to toe assessment, and medication administration - lasting approximately an hour long each.

     

    Options: Saturday - 6AM-3PM OR 5PM-10PM

     

    Options: Sunday - 7AM-12:30PM OR 6AM-2PM OR 5PM-9PM

     

    Combination of multiple shifts may be accepted on timing availability basis.

    Responsibilities:

    Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

     

    On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

     

    Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

     

    Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

    Qualifications:

    Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

     

    Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

     

    Current BLS card.

     

    One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
