Aftermarket Sales
Come be a part of an Aftermarket Sales team that is responsible for selling Bell’s portfolio of products & services across the globe\. You’ll work with key accounts in the following mission segments: business & executive, VIP, public safety, energy, utility, HEM’s, and foreign military\. This role will be an integral part of the commercial aftermarket business to drive sales & future growth\. You’ll be able to utilize your business skills across multiple functional departments including pricing, contracts, engineering, manufacturing, legal, marketing, supply chain, and finance while gaining experience in leadership and communication\.
What you’ll be doing as a Key Account Manager
+ Develop & execute sales growth strategies for key accounts\.
+ Supporting new capture of sustainment plans & renewals and assuring customer data integrity and compliance to Bell terms & conditions\.
+ Manage & lead customer requested projects \(Procurement systems integrations, RAMCO data feed, etc\.\)
+ Provide AOG support & monitor account KPI’s to ensure operational readiness\.
+ Monitor operator in service rates \(ISR’s\) by model in covered fleet and work with Product Support and Customer Support Engineer to develop root cause & corrective actions that are impacting ISR\.
+ Host weekly coordination meetings with key accounts to provide order updates, spend analysis, AR review, backlog updates, etc\.
+ Prepare & present quarterly customer business reviews to C level executives onsite at key account\.
+ Providing comprehensive support to key accounts by understanding their mission requirements, communicating effectively, and coordinating with internal teams to develop winning solutions\.
+ Responsible for the coordination of meetings between Bell & key account executives\. \(i\.e\. Required leaders, location selection, and appropriate presentation content\)
Qualifications
Skills You Bring To this Role
+ Excellent verbal & written communication, influencing skills, negotiating skills and strong relationship\-building – both internally and externally\.
+ Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP, & Microsoft Office suite\.
+ CRM experience, preferably Salesforce\.
+ Organizational and strategic agility and a drive for results is a must as well as proficiency in gathering customer requirements and feedback to help design customized solutions\.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, geographically distributed organization with multiple value streams\.
+ Comfortable interacting with all levels of leadership and management with the customer, Bell and Textron\.
+ Ability to anticipate and skillfully manage through challenges and view the customer strategically as well as theability to work autonomously along with initiative and drive as well as possesscollaborative & analytical skills\.
What you need to be successful
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or other related field\.
+ 5 years of customer support and/or account management experience\.
+ Experience in business development, new product development, contract review, and compliance is preferred\.
+ Ability to travel up to 35% to perform on\-site customer visits & trade show attendance when needed\.
