Job Description Summary

Responsible for tracking, coordination & reporting of Contracts' KPI for existing Orders, including related Risks & Opportunities (R&Os). Will establish strong working relationships with Contracts' colleagues to obtain real-time status updates on accrued vs target orders. Will also assist with analyzing, processing, and inputting contract-related data into the Contracts Management system(s). Throughout the contract lifecycle, this role will ensure data integrity and compliance while also supporting the broader contract management team with timely processing and electronically filing of contract-related documents. Will support Contracts Operations Digital Strategy initiatives (process streamlining, data aggregation/visualization, automated reporting, SharePoint site management, etc). This role can be in Evendale, Ohio or Remote US

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

+ **KPI tracking:** Actively support the coordination, management & reporting of key performance metrics for Contracts.

+ **Data Entry:** Accurately input contract data into designated systems, ensuring completeness and correctness.

+ **Data Validation:** Review and verify proposal and contract information for accuracy and compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and executive leadership briefings.

+ **System Updates:** Maintain, update & validate records in the Contracts database, including proposal activities, contract amendments, renewals, and terminations.

+ **Reporting:** Generate reports and summaries from contract data to support decision-making and operational needs.

+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with contract managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, ensure data alignment and report real-time status of forecasted orders.

+ **Documentation:** Maintain organized records of contract data and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

+ **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to streamline data input, processing workflows and automated reporting of aggregated data for greater efficiency and accuracy.

+ **Compliance:** Ensure all data handling practices align with company policies and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

+ Minimum of two years proven experience in data entry, contract processing, or a related field.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, contract management systems).

+ Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or similar industries.

Desired Characteristics

+ Familiarity with lean principles or process improvement methodologies.

The base pay range for this position pay range is $77,300.00 - 103,000.00. USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 20, 2025.
