Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a focus on Turning and Milling operations to join our Rotating parts lab environment team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes, particularly in turning/Milling, and will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing solutions to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). This will be a hands-on role.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Will own the processing of test and development engine hardware.
+ Utilize software, NX CAD/CAM, Vericut, Etc.
+ Mentor and work with early career team members
+ Hands on role working in a Manufacturing Lab environment
+ Strong understanding of machining principles, cutting tools, and materials.
+ Proficiency in NX CAD/CAM software and CNC programming
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university + Minimum of 5 years of machining manufacturing experience(or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in machining manufacturing experience)
