The role you'll contribute:

Responsible for establishing, building, and maintaining strategic relationships with AdventHealth ACGME residents, fellows, and Advance Practice Provider (APP) students. Making key connections with AdventHealth hospitals and medical groups across the organization. Responsible for promoting and marketing AdventHealth physician and APP recruitment opportunities and geographical areas to residents, fellows and APP students. Actively participates in understanding the strategic physician and APP recruitment needs of the organization. Identify the requests of the residents, fellows and APP student by partnering with various Physician and APP recruitment departments across the system including hospital and medical group leadership. Scope would include physician resident and fellow placement within the AdventHealth nationwide system and APP student placement (new grads) within the AdventHealth network.

The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Responsible for supervising the Strategic Staffing Partner

+ Collaborates with operational leadership and human resources to develop nimble and successful hiring and staffing operations and processes.

+ Collaborates with practice leaders and talent acquisition team to determine creative recruitment approaches and solicit ideas on alternative sourcing methods to ensure the most optimal candidate flow based on operational needs.

+ Serves as knowledge source and leader for the central hire process.

+ Manages all other duties as assigned.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Health Science and

+ 1 to 3 years healthcare, physician relations or sales experience.
