Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and other kitchen items by hand or using a commercial dishwasher

+ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen

+ Assist with basic food prep and kitchen cleaning tasks as needed

+ Take out trash and properly clean and sanitize garbage bins

+ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

+ Support the kitchen team with various tasks during busy service hours

Qualifications

+ Previous experience as a dishwasher is a plus, but not required

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

+ Reliable, punctual, and a team player

+ Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

We are passionate about the ingredients we use and where they come from. When seasons permit we will source as many ingredients local as possible. Equally passionate about how the food is prepared and the techniques used, we make most if not all items from scratch in house
