    Key Responsibilities

    + Performs all standard service preventive and corrective maintenance activities within for Photomask Process Equipment established timeframes. Completes quality repairs.

    + Responds to fab issues by communicating with other engineers and participating in escalation conference calls. May participate in projects to reduce costs and increase uptime.

    + Verifies operational quality of system equipment. Assists senior engineers and customer as needed.

    + Applies diagnostic techniques and use of documentation and test equipment with assistance from senior engineers. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems. Uses training and experience to identify some process, software or hardware related system problems.

    + Strives to perform BKM’s. Uses knowledge management systems. Follows all IP guidelines.

    + Assumes responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within work area. Assists in planning, communicating, and coordinating support plans with customer management.

    + Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum 2 years of Wafer/ETCH/Process Tools experience dealing with process defectivity (Photomask preferred)

    + Must have a valid US passport or be able to obtain one

    + Must be willing to travel for training purposes (domestic & international)

    + Must be comfortable working daily in a clean room environment

    + MS Office & Software skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) experience HIGHLY preferred

    + Robot calibrating/teaching ideally for photomask or wafer handling

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

     

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
