**Express Employment Professionals** has partnered with a **local company** to seek motivated candidates for a **Lead Generator** position within their inside sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and contributing to a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in a product or service.

+ Follow a short, structured script to qualify leads.

+ Transfer interested callers to a sales representative for follow-up.

+ Maintain productivity expectations, averaging 50–90 calls per day.

+ Ensure accurate documentation of each interaction.

Qualifications:

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.

+ Ability to follow scripts and procedures effectively.

+ Dependable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

+ Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Schedule & Duration:

+ Monday through Friday, daytime hours.

+ Temporary position with the potential to be hired on permanently based on performance.
