    Drive Global Trade Success – Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst

     

    _Fort Worth, TX | $40–60/hour | 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)_

     

    Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in global trade compliance? Join PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leading aviation innovator, as a **Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst – Customs** . In this role, you’ll provide critical import guidance that ensures compliance with U.S. regulations while supporting seamless international business activities. Your expertise will help shape global trade practices, streamline processes, and unlock cost-saving opportunities.

    What You’ll Do

    + Develop and update company policies and procedures related to import compliance.

    + Design, implement, and maintain systems to qualify products/transactions for tariff reductions under special trade programs.

    + Oversee and manage Customs brokers and freight forwarders.

    + Review import transactions to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Participating Government Agency requirements.

    + Conduct audits and self-assessments to strengthen compliance standards.

    + Deliver training programs to enhance global trade knowledge across the organization.

    + Assess and execute opportunities to reduce annual tariff expenses.

    What You’ll Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree.

    + 5–7 years of global trade compliance experience.

    + Proven ability to lead tariff reduction initiatives under special trade programs.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

    + Demonstrated success in working through complex issues across teams, departments, and external partners.

    + Strong communication, interpersonal, and training skills.

    + Sound judgment, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Preferred:

    + Licensed Customs Broker.

    + Familiarity with SAP, ENOVIA, ACE, and Business Objects.

    This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

     

    **Pay Details:** $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
