    **PDS Tech Commercial** is hiring **Material Handlers** professionals to support logistics and inventory operations at a dynamic manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in inventory systems, order fulfillment, and forklift operation, who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    About the Role

    As a **Material Handler** , you will be responsible for verifying, staging, and processing materials to support production and shipping operations. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment of job orders. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong computer skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Verify accuracy, quality, and quantity of incoming and outgoing materials

    + Label, document, and stage materials appropriately

    + Identify and process materials for job orders

    + Maintain and replenish inventory; conduct regular audits

    + Process returns and document transactions using inventory systems

    + Collaborate with teams to locate and resolve material discrepancies

    + Participate in annual inventory activities

    + Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent

    + Computer literacy

    + Ability to meet physical demands: standing, bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), climbing, pushing/pulling

    + Willingness to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift

    Preferred:

    + 1+ year of experience in stockroom or material handling

    + Familiarity with inventory systems and cycle counting

    + Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and initiative

    + Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

    + Knowledge of ISO certification requirements

    + **Shift:** 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 6:00 AM); training on 1st shift required

    **Pay Details:** $24.70 per hour
