Senior Manager of Corporate Finance
We’re seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Manager of Corporate Finance to lead the consolidation and communication of company-wide financial forecasts. You’ll serve as the central orchestrator of our P&L outlook, working cross-functionally with key finance partners across Research & Development, Sales & Marketing, General & Administrative, and Top-Line teams to produce accurate, timely, and actionable forecasts. This role reports to our HQ in Palo Alto in a hybrid cadence of 3x per week.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is fluent in accounting and finance terminology, and enjoys crafting clear narratives from complex data for senior leadership and board audiences. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for:
+ Own the **full P&L consolidation** across functional finance teams, producing a unified company-wide financial forecast.
+ Translate forecasts into key messages and business insights for the CFO, executive team, and board of directors.
+ Assist in preparing **executive- and board-level materials** , distilling complex financial data into **concise, strategic narratives** .
+ Manage the **corporate finance calendar** , including forecasting timelines, budget vs. actuals reviews, and board deliverables.
+ Ensure seamless coordination and expectation-setting across stakeholders in FP&A, accounting, and executive leadership.
+ Lead corporate-level forecasts for **balance sheet, free cash flow, and stock-based compensation** , including scenario modeling.
+ Drive **process improvements and automation** efforts to reduce friction, improve forecast accuracy, and increase clarity.
+ Collaborate closely with **technical accounting and GL teams** , aligning on key inputs, assumptions, and close activities.
+ Communicate clearly and effectively in **accounting language** , ensuring consistency between FP&A and accounting.
What We’re Looking For:
+ **Experience:** 8–10 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar roles; prior experience in tech or SaaS preferred.
+ **Financial Expertise:** Deep understanding of forecasting, financial statements, and accounting fundamentals (GAAP/IFRS).
+ **Communication & Storytelling:** Exceptional ability to craft presentations and explain complex financial concepts to senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders.
+ **Process Orientation:** Experience driving operational improvements across forecast processes, tools, and calendars.
+ **Tools:** Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive), and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
+ **Collaboration:** Proven ability to lead across functions with humility, accountability, and a sense of ownership.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$169,000—$253,500 USD
