Summary:
Meta Robotics Studio is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer who will lead the design and integration of complex test stations and systems, with a focus on requirements definition, technical communication, and cross-functional collaboration. This role ensures robust, scalable solutions for device validation and reliability testing, and serves as a key technical liaison across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.At Meta, we’re building the future of human connection and the technology that enables it. Required Skills:
Robotics Studio Systems Integration Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Architect and integrate test stations and systems for device validation and reliability
2. Define requirements and specifications for engineering test setups
3. Lead communication and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
4. Develop documentation and best practices for system integration
5. Mentor and guide engineers in integration practices
Minimum Qualifications:

6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field
7. 7+ years of experience in systems integration, test station design, and technical leadership
8. Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects
9. Experience communicating, documenting, and mentoring across teams
10. Experience in defining requirements and system-level problem solving

11. Masters degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science, or a related field
12. Experience working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment while communicating complex concepts clearly and succinctly
13. Experience with dealing with ambiguity and developing solutions that unblock research
14. Experience optimizing design of existing products or devices
Public Compensation:
$170,000/year to $240,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
