    Responsibilities

    + Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements

    + Manage concise definition of scope across the entire program

    + Create and maintain documentation relevant to program and project management

    + Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams to deliver high-quality products and features

    + Lead scrum activities, manage project schedules, and communicate issues to stakeholders

    + Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a dynamic environment

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

    + 4+ years of business analysis experience in emerging technologies or related technical fields

    + Experience with Agile software development methodologies and as a scrum master

    + Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Netcracker, OSS, BSS, or telecom projects

    + Strong mentoring skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

    + Excellent spoken and written communication skills

    + Location: On-site requirements as per project needs; flexible arrangements may be available

    + Experience in software engineering

    + Experience in problem-solving within fast-paced, changing environments

    + Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences

    + Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based platforms

    This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000.
