    CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is a fast-growing, 100% cash-based practice in downtown Portsmouth, NH. We help adults 40+ stay mobile, active, and pain-free - without relying on medications, procedures, or surgeries. We specialize in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT), Pilates-based rehab, and cutting-edge regenerative therapies like Shockwave and EMTT.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Treating clients 1-on-1 using MDT principles (training provided + generous con-ed allowance toward courses)

    + Creating personalized, movement-based plans of care

    + Integrating complementary tools like Pilates, dry needling, and regenerative therapies

    + Collaborating with teammates and supporting whole-body wellness and longevity

    + Participating in occasional off-site events and workshops

    What We're Looking For:

    + NH Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist

    + Strong interest in the McKenzie Method (MDT) and client education/empowerment

    + Pilates or dry needling experience a plus

    + Excellent communicator and trusted listener

    + Accountable, coachable, and passionate about the profession

    Compensation & Perks:

    + Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 depending on experience, certifications, con-ed

    + $250/month toward company-sponsored health insurance

    + 50% dental premium paid by employer

    + 401(k) with up to 4% company match
