Pay Range $16.47 - $19.39*+

Job Summary

You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of facility cleanliness and appearance by performing routine cleaning tasks on a daily basis. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, as well as evaluating problems and implementing appropriate resolutions related to cleaning services. You will also protect residents and employees by adhering to infection control policies and OSHA requirements. This includes keeping the residence clean by removing trash and recyclables, refreshing bath areas, and cleaning, discharging, and transferring with proper cleaning protocol. You will ensure responsiveness to residents' needs by restocking your housekeeping cart at the end of each shift and removing soiled linens from patient beds for transport to the soiled holding area.

Qualifications

+ Ability to perform a variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.

+ Ability to evaluate problems and implement appropriate solutions related to cleaning services.

+ Knowledge of infection control policies and OSHA requirements.

+ Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including removing trash and recyclables, cleaning and refreshing bath areas, and handling soiled linens.

+ Ability to work efficiently and to a schedule, including restocking your cart at the end of each shift.

*The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. +This rate does not include the shift differential of $1.50
