A Typical Day
The Brand Marketing Analyst will be integral to supporting the brand management function and all marketing efforts within Pennymac. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, strategic, and data-driven with a passion for marketing. They should be a strong project manager, a natural collaborator, and a solution seeker.
The Brand Marketing Analyst will :
+ Brand Implementation Project Leadership: Drive the execution of brand and department-wide initiatives by developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, and overseeing resource allocation. Facilitate effective collaboration and communication with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
+ Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and report on marketing campaigns to ensure high visibility and help improve overall brand growth.
+ Reporting & Insight: Provide analytical insights on brand and corporate marketing campaigns across channels, including paid and organic, and report findings to marketing team members.
+ Business Support: Support any new business initiatives and products, based on market trends and needs of the company.
+ Sports Sponsorship Marketing Support: Manage all related projects and initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery. This includes managing deadlines and milestones, facilitating communication and workstreams across all Lines of Business (LOBs), and providing essential organizational assistance for project execution and launches.
What You’ll Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ Experience in helping to build, implement and maintain brand systems
+ Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
