Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individuals to serve as Master Resilience Trainers within the Wisconsin Army National Guard's 426 Regiment (RTI).

Mission
Master Resilience Trainers instruct designated ATRRS and State courses to the Total Force at the Wisconsin Military Academy and approved Mobile Training Team locations to provide technically proficient Soldiers to the operational force utilizing experiential learning concepts and operational environment factors
Position Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and instruction on multiple training methodologies and topics.
Grade student examinations, practical exercises, and homework.
Contribute to the refinement and upgrade of course material.
Use guidance, coaching, and motivation techniques to ensure student involvement and comprehension.
Write examinations, practical exercises, student handouts, homework, and conduct other related training development activities.
Conduct training exercises, post exercise critiques, and complete written evaluation of student performance.
Prepare a variety of recurring training reports, correspondence, and other documents.
Participate in and instruct Resilience Trainer Assistant courses and Executive Level Performance and Resilience Courses as required.
Prepare and take part in concurrent and MRT-C Course curriculum changes.
Ensure classroom meets safety, comfort, and hygiene standards.
Knowledge and Skills (not all inclusive):
Shall have a strong working knowledge and possess the following in order to successfully complete the tasks:
Must be Master Resilience Trainer – Instructor Qualified.
Knowledge of MRT-C Course conduct, scheduling and events conducted within the MRT-C Course.
Knowledge of operational and logistical needs to support the MRT-C Course.
Ability to perform duties within the MRT-C Course Plan of Instruction and curriculum, IAW AR 350-53, and National Guard MRT Training Center MRT-C Course written standard operating procedures.
Possess interpersonal skills and team building skills to effectively take part in instructional duties for MRT-C Course instruction.
Meet all Instructor Roles & Responsibilities as outlined in the MRT-C Course curriculum.
Strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of standing operating procedures and the ability to interpret guidance.
The ability to use Microsoft Office - Power Point, Excel, Word, Access.
Possess interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students.
Must have excellent oral and written communications skills; an ability to learn course content quickly; an ability to train course instructors and work with Instructional Systems Development professionals.
Possess the ability to prioritize, assign, categorize, and track training course events.
In order for a contractor to qualify as a Performance Enhancement instructor there are some physical requirements. These physical requirements can typically be characterized as active: Lifting, bending, sitting on the floor, climbing may be required in the position. Requires lifting or moving various pieces of equipment, maximum 40 lbs. Position may require work on hands and knees to conduct program activities.
Education, Work Experience and Other competencies:
At least 5 years of experience in the facilitation of instructional courses, training programs, workshops, and seminars.
An AAS or BA in Instructional Systems Technology, Education, Human Factors, or a related discipline. Professional experience is commensurate with a formal undergraduate degree.
Experience teaching and developing lesson plans that utilize Demonstration-Performance, informal lecture and guided discussion methods.
All applicants shall possess interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Must read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and must be able to drive a GSA and rental car.
Be a U.S. citizen
Requires a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or equivalent/higher investigation
