    The Recruiter will share fusionSpan's culture and company values, as well as source and build a pool of qualified talent. This individual is data driven, comfortable working autonomously in an agile and fast-paced global environment, while also having strong prioritization and multitasking skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers

    + Source potential talent on LinkedIn and/or other online platforms

    + Review resumes and manage talent pipeline in ATS

    + Review pre-screened calls to analyze applicants' abilities fitment

    + Interview candidates utilizing various interview methods

    + Write and post job descriptions

    + Draft job offer letters and conduct professional reference checks

    + Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work

    + Identify process improvements to the interview and evaluation process

    + Keep up-to-date with new technical trends and products in recruiting

    + Other projects as needed on the People Team

    Required Qualifications:

    + At least 5+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience for technical roles

    + Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process from start-to-end

    + Technical knowledge to help facilitate conversations with prospects and understand their qualifications

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    + Experience recruiting technical resources (e.g. solution architect, business analyst, developers)

    + Experience utilizing job boards, cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates

    + Experience using and managing an applicant tracking systems (ATS)

    + Experience with managing recruiting data and reports
