The Opportunity:
CACI has a great opportunity for a Business Operations Manager. The Business Operations Manager is responsible for supervising transactional, administrative, and repeatable services to the organization in an efficient and timely manner. This position will work in a collaborative environment to provide support for administrative functions in HR related Workday transactions.
This position is located at our business complex in Oklahoma City.
Responsibilities:
+ Supervises and supports changes in employee status, pay, etc. in Workday, ensuring all data is correct and required approvals and forms are obtained within a structured reoccurring deadline period.
+ Assist employees and Managers with inquires in a timely manner.
+ Provide training and support to ensure compliance with established process and procedures to improve service delivery.
+ Communicate effectively to employees on HR policy & procedures, providing education where necessary.
+ Work with peers and Leadership to ensure effective handoff of escalated cases.
+ Create and implement departmental SOPs.
+ Partner with other parts of the business to assist in resolving various issues.
+ Supports HR team by providing ad hoc administrative support.
+ Work collaboratively in a Team and Learning Organization environment.
+ Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.
+ Ability to assign tasks appropriately and trust team members with responsibilities.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years related work experience.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
+ Experience using Workday.
+ Experience using ServiceNow.
+ Experience in a complex business setting.

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$55,400 - $116,400
