Position Summary...
Do you want to be at the forefront of transforming how pharmacy care is delivered? As Senior Manager, Business Strategy on the H&W Pharmacy team, you’ll lead initiatives that explore, pilot, and scale new pharmacy care models—working at the intersection of retail, tech, and clinical innovation.
What you'll do...
+ Support cross functional teams driving the execution of pharmacy initiatives, collaborating across business, product, and tech teams
+ Support the pharmacy LT with the selection process for third-party partnerships, including RFPs, NDAs, and solution evaluations
+ Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders by providing market intelligence, innovation tracking, and internal benchmarking for pharmacy initiatives
+ Support strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams, summarizing progress for executive stakeholders
+ Build and maintain project roadmaps, manage cross-functional dependencies and timelines, and escalate risks as needed
+ Coordinate with Finance to tie business cases and performance of new service offerings to the annual and long-range planning process

We work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to accelerate impactful ideas—from pilot to full-scale implementation. What You’ll Bring:
+ Experience managing complex pharmacy programs and projects with cross-functional teams
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables and timelines
+ Self-starter mentality, with comfort navigating ambiguity
+ Ability to distill complex project updates into clear, executive-level summaries
+ Reputation for quickly understanding and engaging in the substance of a complex industry, not simply tracking the process
+ Strategic mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
+ Financial acumen – understanding how elements of the project tie to financial outcomes

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
