    Here, you'll have the opportunity to enhance how our associates and customers experience technology support at Walmart. Our team is at the forefront of transforming access management and technical support through innovation, data, and automation. We’re building seamless digital experiences that make it easier for associates and customers to get the help they need—quickly, securely, and efficiently.

     

    The Access and Operations Services team sits within Customer Engagement Services, providing critical support to our associates who serve customers through 1-800-Walmart. We’re focused on reimagining how access management is delivered—leveraging AI and modern technology to empower associates to self-serve, resolve issues faster, and focus more on what matters most: serving our customers.

By integrating our new tech chat platform with our project management systems, we’re streamlining workflows, improving transparency, and driving operational excellence across the enterprise.

    What you'll do...

     

    + Support data collection and evaluation for product/feature analytics (e.g., acquisition cost, conversion rate, user churn, satisfaction).

    + Research and verify customer needs, create customer journeys, and optimize processes to drive satisfaction.

    + Communicate effectively with stakeholders, build professional networks, and align product/technology development with stakeholder insights.

    + Understand InfoSec policies, represent technology requirements, and drive informed technology design discussions.

    + Demonstrate awareness of domain-specific methodologies, identify innovation opportunities, and stay updated on industry standards and automation techniques.

    + Supervise and develop associates, ensure diversity awareness, and maintain compliance with company policies and values.

    + Update and groom knowledgebase articles to be used in conjunction with an AI chat bot

    + Act as a backup to Tech Chat and Access Admin based on team chat and roster workloads.

    + Build new operational forms with Power Automate or other forms of technology

    + Maintain and update existing operational forms that are not related to reporting and analytics.

    + Design and implement a document retention library to help maintain organizational structure

    + Use AI to help transform internal process, so we can focus on improving other areas of our business.

     

    What you'll bring...

     

    + Expertise in measuring product performance and user engagement using tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau.

    + Ability to develop business strategies, frame testable hypotheses, and execute "Go-to-Market" plans.

    + Skill in emotional intelligence, influencing techniques, and conveying information clearly to various stakeholders.

    + Knowledge of competitive technology landscapes, software quality assurance, and staying updated with emerging trends.

    + Understanding industry standards, automation techniques, and identifying innovation opportunities within the domain.

    + Identify hardware and application trends that help support additional automation efforts within the CES area

    Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

    The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 1 year’s experience in technology, system management and integration, process design, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in technology, system management and integration, process design, or related area.

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture., Working on cross-functional project teams.
