The Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality (OSCQ) Senior Product Manager reports to the OSCQ Product Manager and Sustainment Lead and works closely with key stakeholders across functional domains, with a primary domain focus on Software Quality Engineering. The successful candidate will be able to translate key goal outcomes and supporting improvement targets into a cohesive set of systems and metrics-based solutions enabling program and functional success. This requires system level thinking, data exploration & analysis, leadership/consensus building, and communication skills, across functions. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness, to be a process, data, and metrics domain expert enabling business success.
What You Will Do:
+ Ensures business and technical applications meet quality standards along with assigned area business needs.
+ Manages the analysis of all business systems and applications used by a business unit or department and the determination of enhancements or updates that will support user needs.
+ Oversees planning and implementation of metrics & systems, including development through deployment to ensure customer needs are met.
+ Develops, implements, and enforces policies, standards, and methodologies to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Drafts software configuration and metrics standards for a business unit or department.
+ Oversees the analysis of business needs that require extensive research beyond an assigned area of expertise or staff capabilities.
+ Oversees the scheduling and documentation of systems testing and deployment.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, _or_ An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
+ Minimum 10 years of applied experience in the information systems and/or data analysis domains, and experience with business process, data documentation, data relationships and data joins
+ Experience in data governance and master data, and using applied agile methodologies, including story writing and bug tracking
+ Experience documenting detailed requirements specifications and with statistics, including graphical representation
+ Experience with business intelligence toolsets (Snowflake, Tableau, and/or Power BI), and with the software development lifecycle
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Experience in data exploration and mapping using SQL queries, table creation, and views
+ Experience with cloud-based data lakes & reporting and deploying metrics and reports, to multiple functional stakeholders
+ Experience with dynamic data visualizations using Snowflake, Tableau, and/or Power BI
+ Applied systems architecture experience, including data/system interface mapping
+ Project management experience including task and risk management (safe Certification(s) ideal).

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
