Raytheon’s System Engineering and Test Capability (SE&TC) team is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the Advanced Development program to manage the execution of the integration, verification and validation scope. This role will be responsible for collaborating internally across functions and externally with our industry partners and customers to plan, prepare and execute. This role will delegate programmatic directions to technical leads on all programs included in the portfolio.
The System Engineering and Test Capability IPTL should have experience as a Cost Account Manager, experience leading an SI&T team, and experience with multiple test stations and test events such as live battery, radar integration, qualification and flight tests. The IPTL role may also manage suppliers and may lead efforts in proposal development. Expectations include meeting project commitments.
This is an onsite role, primarily in an office, but may include labs, field work, or a combination.
This role will transition to the Business Execution team within Engineering Naval Power, upon the completion of onboarding activities.
What You Will Do
+ Guide a team through several phases including design and analysis
+ Architect new systems
+ Develop and document updated system requirements and test plans
+ Peer review of designs as a subject matter expert
+ Present to peers, management, and government customers
+ Root-cause failure investigations
+ Work within a multi-disciplined team
+ Improve upon existing processes and systems
+ Collaborate with both functional and program higher level management
+ Collaborate with customer and suppliers
+ Provide direction over the integration & test team supporting the SM-6 Advance SWUP contract – includes the planning, development and review of test procedures, and execution of test events. Execution includes implementation of functional strategy.
+ Identify resources required for execution of test events
+ Partner test and validation approach with program management and external customers/partners
+ Supports any future bids/proposals requested by the customer
+ Ability to travel up to 50% depending on testing and integration activities. Assignments may require some travel including for test events for final system integration and checkout
Qualifications You Must Have
+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
+ Experience with electrical hardware development, sub-systems, systems engineering, requirement development and/or requirement validation
+ Experience with systems engineering, system integration, system verification, and/or system test
+ Experience in Earn Value Management System (EVMS) and Cost Account Management (CAM)
+ Experience developing Estimate at Completion (EAC)
+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
+ Ability to lead/manage cross-functional teams and support multiple contracts on Advance Dev
+ Advanced knowledge and understanding of Systems Integration and Test on missile programs
+ Ability to drive suppliers in meeting commitments
+ Practical experience in all phases of the product development lifecycle
+ Knowledge and/or experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
+ Experience as a cross-product team lead or integrated product team lead
+ Experience with CFT and GS integration is highly desired

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
