What you can expect at your practice:

+ Seeking Neonatal or Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with experience or new graduate with NICU nursing experience

+ Schedule requires 24-hour call shifts, averaging approximately ten 24-hour shifts in an 8-week period in the newborn nursery

+ Nurse Practitioner responsible for infants in the newborn nursery including rounding, establishing plans of care, admitting and triaging, taking history and physicals, discharge summaries/discussions, procedures (intubation, umbilical line insertions, arterial sticks, IVs), prenatal consults, and staff education
