What You'll Be Doing

+ Support daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

+ Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend solutions

+ Assist in troubleshooting equipment and systems to minimize downtime

+ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

What Are We Looking For

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement

+ Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively

+ Demonstrated capability in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Familiarity with industrial equipment, systems, and operational processes

+ Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

+ $46.12 to $46.12 per hour
