* Develop project conceptual designs, equipment specifications, and cost estimates.
* Perform electrical system short circuit studies, protective device coordination, and arc flash analysis using industry-standard tools.
* Serve as technical project manager, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery on schedule and within scope.
* Conduct root cause analyses of system failures or anomalies and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to address systems integration issues in complex manufacturing, production, or assembly plant environments.
* Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, NFPA 70E, IEC).
Required technical and professional expertise
* B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology (ABET-accredited preferred).
* Experienced in data centers, manufacturing/industrial plants, or similar mission-critical facilities.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems: switchgear, UPS, generators, PDUs, power distribution.
* Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
* Familiarity with all major engineering disciplines as they relate to manufacturing and plant operations.
