We’re looking for a **Warehouse Operations Specialist,** reporting to our Warehouse Team Leader, to join our collaborative team at our pilot plant, conveniently located by downtown Omaha and connected to our corporate office. What You’ll Do

+ Process invoices, purchase requisitions, and inventory transactions with accuracy.

+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies in purchasing and inventory.

+ Provide backup support for procurement, freight scheduling, shipping/receiving, and supply room operations.

+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries.

+ Communicate with vendors and internal teams to manage purchase orders and inventory issues.

+ Participate in inventory counts and cost reduction initiatives.

+ Driving company vehicles and operating warehouse equipment.

What You’ll Bring

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations administrative support, purchasing, inventory control, or general warehouse related experience.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP systems like SAP.

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

+ Valid driver’s license.

**Physical Requirements** :

+ Occasional standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting

+ Comfortable working in varying temperatures (e.g., hot, cold, or refrigerated environments)

+ Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

+ Operate basic warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)—training provided.

+ Drive company vehicles for deliveries or pickups.

You will be onsite 5 days a week at the pilot plant location attached to the Omaha corporate office building. Hours are typically 7:30am - 4:30pm.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$37,000-$48,000

_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
