Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has an opportunity for a results-oriented IFS Delivery Lead who will lead delivery teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of ERP projects, enhancements, and support services aligned with business goals. The IFS Delivery Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and success of IFS initiatives across the ADM Landscape.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Lead the end-to-end delivery of IFS ERP initiatives (implementations, upgrades, rollouts, cloud migrations) across on-prem and cloud platforms.
+ Own the IFS delivery roadmap, coordinating with business owners, architecture team, and third-party partners to align timelines, resources, and priorities.
+ Collaborate with the Service Delivery Leads and Architects to define the strategic roadmap for the IFS platform across both on-premise and cloud environments.
+ Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the IFS platform, including version upgrades, patching, sunset planning, and platform transitions.
+ Coordinate with delivery leads, architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
+ Align ERP capabilities with evolving business needs, enterprise architecture, and IT governance policies.
+ Champion technical debt reduction, and value realization from ERP investments.
+ Support delivery across all instances of IFS, ensuring consistency in business process enablement and architecture.
+ Oversee post-go-live support, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.
+ Act as primary point of contact for IFS delivery across business units, IT, and external vendors.
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, developers, QA, and change managers.
+ Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and regular delivery status updates with stakeholders.
+ Guide governance on enhancements, integrations, and third-party solutions connected to the IFS landscape.
+ Ensure stable operations of IFS, working with internal teams and service providers.
+ Ensure quality assurance through testing coordination, validation protocols (where required), and cutover planning.
+ Support contract negotiation, SLA enforcement, and performance monitoring for outsourced delivery.
+ Participate in fit-gap analysis and consultation efforts to ensure expansions are seamlessly integrating in the existing model.
Key Requirements:
+ 5+ years of experience in IFS ERP program with experience in both IFS Cloud and IFS Applications 10 preferred.
+ Proven experience in ERP platform management, product ownership and enterprise system governance.
+ Solid understanding of IFS modules including but not limited to EAM and FSM
+ Ability to configure and customize IFS solutions to meet needs.
+ Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL and other data base related technologies used in IFS.
+ Experience managing complex ERP programs in global cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
+ Proven experience leading teams through ERP upgrades, cloud migrations, and vendor-managed service transitions.
+ Familiarity with both cloud-native tools and legacy on-premise infrastructure components.
+ Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills.
+ Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.
+ Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information.
+ Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed.
+ Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities.
+ Ability to balance technical, operational and business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with automation tools like IFS Streams and Events.
+ Knowledge of JavaScript, .NET, or Python for scripting enhancements.
+ Familiarity with Cloud services (Azure, AWS) and DevOps pipelines.
+ Certifications in IFS ERP, Oracle PL/SQL, or related fields.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$71,100.00 - $133,300.00
Salaried Incentive Plan:
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
