    12 Month contract

     

    Job Description: The Clerical Support will provide administrative support to the Training Department and will be responsible for general clerical, administrative, and project-based work.

     

    • Assume power user role for Learning Management System (LMS) activities of creating, enrolling, and completing classes; running reports; and entering related course documentation

    • Monitor Training e-mail account for training documentation on classes held offsite and record appropriately

    • Run training or other reports as requested

    • Order training/building materials through Oracle

    • Track all instructor hours to ensure correct invoicing

    • Prepare classroom materials (rosters, evaluations, tests, etc.) for instructors

    • Take monthly inventory of classrooms, training materials, and janitorial supplies and order replacements as needed

    • Work with Training Manager to identify training that meet criteria for grant reimbursement, and enter and document information within the appropriate system

    • Update department quality scorecard using course evaluation data

    • Update spending scorecard as costs are incurred

    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • HS diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)

    • 3 years’ previous experience in similar role

    • Proficient in MS applications

    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

    • Strong organizational/analytical/communication skills

    • Preferred experience in Oracle and/or LMS systems
