Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension

Shift: DUPONT: 6 to 10 Weeks (8 to 4 PM), day shift in training time. After the training, 12hrs shift as: - (4 days on, 7 days off, 4 days night, 3 days off, 3 days night, 3 days off, 3 days day shift). 14-day shift with 8 hrs OT.

Job Description:

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide array of automation system in the warehouse area including, mini load AS/RS cranes, Fanuc robots, various roller conveyors, and automation devices.

+ Work with the operations team to ensure all processes and equipment are running smoothly and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

+ Work with the engineering team on advanced support issues or process improvement projects.

+ Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed thoroughly.

Experience:

+ Demonstrated experience with robots and conveyor systems.

+ In lieu of a degree, 5+ years hands-on experience with robots, PLCs, AC/DC and servo motors, pneumatic systems, sensors, valves, and other automation related equipment

Skills (Must have):

+ Ability to navigate and interpret PLC code.

+ Automation/Robotics device maintenance.

+ Fanuc

+ Conveyor System/ASRS systems.

Education:

Associates degree preferred.
