    FM Boiler Re is a division of FM and has been providing boiler and machinery insurance in North America for more than 130 years. FM Boiler Re specializes in providing Equipment Breakdown reinsurance and related services to insurance companies throughout North America. Our products are developed in partnership with primary insurance companies, reinsurance intermediaries and agents/brokers.

     

    FM Boiler Re, a division of FM, is currently seeking a claims intern for our Malvern, PA headquarters. This position provides administrative support for maintaining the loss process of FM Boiler Re, including preparation and distribution of reports and projects. This position is also responsible for ensuring proper maintenance and data quality of claim records, providing phone support coverage during FM Boiler Re’s normal hours of operation, and providing support for the claims staff.

     

    + Computer skills

    + Excellent writing skills

    + Organizational and communication skills required!

    + Ability to multi-task, problem solve and follow-up.

    + Ability to operate modern office machines and equipment.

    + Knowledge of various software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
