    NTT DATA currently seeks a **Senior Business Analyst** to join our team in **Raleigh, NC for a remote position** .

    Role Responsibilities

    -Elicit business priorities, processes, and requirements from Business Owners and stakeholders.

     

    -Provide documentation and translation of business cases, business requirements, use cases, and functional & non-functional requirements to technical and delivery teams.

     

    -Analyze & map data for ingestion and transformation throughout the enterprise data environment

     

    -Support the work of testing teams by providing guidance on business requirements; participate in testing as needed

     

    -Work with the business and testing teams to validate functionality and usability of business processes and applications.

     

    -Identify strategies for meeting business needs while ensuring effective and efficient use of IT resources.

     

    -May also contribute to the development of user manuals, training materials, and development of service level agreements.

     

    In addition to project work, the Business Analyst will also contribute to continuously improving our project delivery framework, working across leadership in IT, Analytics, the business, and Strategic Development & Implementation.

     

    In order to fulfill these essential functions, the Business Analyst will be expected to work in the context of a project centric environment, understand issues of data integrity and data relationships, be familiar with healthcare population management and analytics, as well as physician and hospital practices/workflow. The employee must be able to work independently while being accountable to a team of clinical, technical, and project management experts.

    Required Skills/Experience

    + Minimum of a four-year degree in business, computer science, or healthcare related field required

    + 6+ years of business analysis experience required

    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **$50.50 – 59.50/hourly** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

     

    This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
