    Overview

    **Strategic Ops Specialist** (Remote) _Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm_

     

    As a Strategic Ops Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, connecting Sales, Branch Operations, Work Order Planning, Customers, Vendors, Competitors, and the Supply Chain team. In this role, you will ensure that complex projects, such as large-scale installations, removals, or unique deployments, run smoothly from start to finish. Your work will create predictable, seamless experiences for clients, keep branch pipelines on track, and help teams deliver on time, every time. This is a role for someone who thrives on coordination, problem-solving, and making things happen behind the scenes.

     

    + Lead and manage non-standard projects including academic installations, large pickups, and OTA deployments

    + Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align timelines, expectations, and deliverables

    + Ensure smooth transitions and communication across departments and third-party vendors.

    + Track branch project pipelines to keep everything on schedule

    + Identify potential delays early and work with teams to find solutions and prevent issues from recurring

    + Act as the go-to communication link between internal operations and external stakeholders including customers, vendors, and competitors

    + Partner with Sales and Vendor teams to anticipate scheduling conflicts and resource challenges

    + Recommend and implement process improvements and strategies for handling exceptions

    + Maintain an accurate and aligned third-party vendor list

    + Support initiatives that improve product fit, operational efficiency, and client experience

    + Participate in post-project reviews and help integrate lessons learned into future planning

    + Take on additional responsibilities as needed to help the team and organization achieve goals

    What we’re looking for

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or related field

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and external partners

    • Proven ability to anticipate issues, solve problems, and keep projects on track

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word); experience with project tracking tools a plus

    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and follow-up skills

    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and clear communication

    • Experience managing vendor relationships or coordinating field operations preferred

    • Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization

    • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively under pressure

    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and screening process

    Minimum Salary

     

    USD $29.26/Hr.

     

    Maximum Salary

     

    USD $35.11/Hr.
