Overview

**Purpose Statement/Position Summary:** Participates in healthcare administration experiences during a twelve-month, rotational program, including but not limited to: leading projects and initiatives for various departments; providing leadership level support involving scoping of projects; develops greater depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in healthcare management; develops applied business skills. Executive sponsor responsible for each rotation will help define Fellow’s projects, create goals, and provide guidance. This is a time-limited position, typically for one year.

**Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:** The program is geared toward graduate students who have completed their formal (university-based) education within the last 12 to 18 months. Prior experience in the health sector is preferred. Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to produce high quality work product and perform duties in a professional manner. Ability to exercise sound judgment regarding confidential and/or sensitive information.

**Education/Licensure/Certification:** MHA, MPH, MBA or similar master’s degree in a related field of study from an accredited graduate program (NOTE: degree must be conferred prior to start date of employment, but may be in process at the time of application).

Pay Scale Information

USD $68,640.00 - USD $108,077.00

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
