    As a Sr. Program Planning and Scheduling Principal you will be responsible for the preparation, development and coordination of the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. This role will collaborate with program management, technical staff, production, finance and additional stake holders related to scheduling.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensures major project and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality on large-scale complex projects.

    + Create and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for major projects, ensuring alignment between finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality.

    + Use project management tools like Gantt charts, PERT charts, and earned value management to track project progress and identify issues.

    + Work closely with the Program Team to analyze projects, applying knowledge of earned value management systems (EVMS) to improve cost and schedule performance.

    + Conduct risk analyses and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts.

    + Contribute to new business proposals by suggesting scheduling methods and developing Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and schedules

    + Develops and presents material to external customers and core process level management

    + Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.

    + Fully understand and implement scheduling process on assigned program, including all EV requirements.

    + Lead Program level planning and scheduling process on large proposals.

    + Advise and present to senior level program management program status to include Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) presentation and support.

    + Proactively provide written communication within and outside project and organization, to keep all stake holders well-informed on key issues.

    + Assess the capabilities & limits of current systems/software for appropriate implementation to support scheduling and project control functions.

    + Support the functional organization in process development for scheduling techniques and standards.

    + Mentor and guide less experienced schedulers to meet project goals and coordinate their activities to achieve program goals.

    + Proper and timely completion of assigned tasks in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the company.

    Required Skills and Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree with 15 + years related experience OR 13 years with Masters.

    + Must have experience with supplier/program schedule integration. Tracks plans and schedules, performs schedule risk analysis (SRA), identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.

    + This person must have experience on Earned Value Management (EVMS) required programs with full cost/schedule integration and monthly IMS and CPR CDRL submittal requirements.

    + Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Project server skills, master project and sub-project experience.

    + Strong knowledge of management systems and their application.

    + Ability to communicate in a manner that is timely, transparent, respectful, and open to other ideas.

    + Ability to use strategic acumen to influence short term and long-term priorities.

    The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $121,650.00–$185,625.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
