    Position Details:

    **Location:** Winter Haven and Bartow

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

    **Status:** Fulltime, Exempt

    The Manager, Team Member Relations is responsible for:

    + The coordination of human resources functions including employment, team member relations, team member services, reward and recognition, regulatory compliance, team member communication and overall operation of the Team Resources Department

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education:

    + **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources** or a related field.

    + **Preferred:** Master’s degree in **Human Resources or** a related field.

    Experience:

    + **Required:** 5 years in **Human Resources** , including at least **3 years in Employee Relations** .

    + **Preferred:** 3 years of **management experience** .
