    + **Shift Hours:** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Days Varies

    + **On Call:** No

    + **Home visits** in assigned service area: Largo, St Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Seminole, and surrounding areas.

     

    The Home Health Field, Certified Occupational Therapist provides **hands-on care** in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. **Responsibilities include** :

     

    + Assist the Occupational Therapist with the administration of interventions utilized in occupational therapy and rehabilitation. May progress patients in the treatment plan as developed by the Occupational Therapist.

    **Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Requirements** :

    + Associates - Occupational Therapy

    + Certified Occupational Therapist State of Florida License - OTA

    + Basic Life Support - BLS

    + Driver's License (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)

    + _Preferred 1 Year Occupational Therapy experience_

    + _Preferred 1 year Home Care experience_
